We got the chance to see how the steaks are cooked. With the clear glass on the kitchen, patrons can clearly see what is happening inside the chef's territory.
Then after some demonstration, Texas served us their best sellers that are indeed flavorful. Like the Jesse James Sampler, Shrimp and Salmon Skewer, Mighty Oreo Mud Pie and of course their signature dish Great Ribeye, the most sought-after in the menu which is a mouth-watering 10-ounce certified US steak.

The Great Ribeye is one of the most tender steak
I ever tried and I love it medium rare.
I never tried dining in Texas Roadhouse because of the price. But that night I found out that the price compensates on the quality of the dish. Great Ribeye costs not less than a thousand peso but the size and meat quality is truly competitive to other steaks I've tried before. A single serving can be enjoyed by 2-3 average sized persons and can make them full for the rest of the night. The Mighty Oreo Mud Pie is a dessert to die for. A pie with Oreo Base, yummy ice cream and some nutty surprise in the middle. Like Ribeye, the Pie can be enjoyed buy 2-3 persons and compared to other desserts I've tasted, its not nakakaumay.
I will definitely go back and have a serving of this good food at Texas Roadhouse Grill. Visit them at El Pueblo, Ortigas Center.
