It is a very relaxed sunday night and I'm in the living room watching a crime documentary in TV, I got hungry so I cooked a bowl full of Curry Veggie Chao Fan. I've been experimenting with this recipe for weeks and I think I nailed the right one. This particular recipe only includes leftover rice, soy sauce, curry powder and chopped onions, ginger, carrots and some green peas and corn. I cooked it using margarine. Before, I added bagoong but the flavor is too strong and it cancels the taste of curry. So I decided to omit it. Try it for yourself and let me know if you have any advice to make it better.
